Refund Policy

At Gexvon, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and maintain transparency throughout every project. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Project Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits cover project planning, research, consultation, and resource allocation.

Fixed-Price Projects

Refund requests are evaluated based on the stage of project completion.

• Before work begins: Eligible for a full refund.
• During the planning or design phase: Partial refund may be issued after deducting work already completed.
• After project approval or delivery: No refunds will be issued.

Monthly Services

For recurring services such as SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads Management, or Website Maintenance:

• Clients may cancel with at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Payments already made for the current service period are non-refundable.
• Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Advertising Budgets

Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads is not managed or refunded by Gexvon. These charges are governed by each platform’s own policies.

Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or assets for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold. Additional restart or management fees may apply.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after project commencement.
• Delays caused by the client.
• Third-party software, licenses, plugins, hosting, or domain purchases.
• Completed work that matches the agreed project scope.
